A Celtic Contracting planning specialist will begin the process by meeting with you before your Architect starts a preliminary design plan for your project. The goal of this meeting is to clarify your ideas for the exterior facade of the building and the look that you would like it to have. To help our planner to identify and visualize your preferences and develop a clear construction method for the project we ask that you bring to this meeting photos of buildings that you like. When the meeting is concluded we can outline ideas that will help you reach your desired design in the most cost effective way.
Valued Engineering:
When an Architect has begun the planning process before your first meeting with Celtic Contracting and your project is in its preliminary stage we will review the existing plans and present ideas on cost saving methods that can be implemented at this level. We have vast experience in all types of construction and can assist you in keeping your project within your budget.
Design / Build:
Celtic Contracting will develop your complete project from preliminary drawings and designs to final blueprints, permits and construction. We prepare and submit your building permit application to the building department for approval. When the blueprints and permits are in place we begin construction of the project and coordinate our sub-contractors throughout the project. When the project is complete we submit the request for your Certificate of Occupancy.
Renovation Designs:
Celtic Contracting will evaluate the existing conditions of your building at the actual location. Our designers will meet with you after the evaluation and develop a layout for your offices and work areas. The final layout will detail the best use of the available space to meet your needs. Upon approval of the layout plans renovation begins. Celtic Contracting obtains all approvals from the building department up to your Certificate of Occupancy.
Full Turn Key Projects:
Similar to the Design / Build process Celtic Contracting develops the plans and blueprints for your project, coordinates the construction and sub-contractors and applies for all permits and final approvals required. Additionally we contract for phone / data installers, fire alarm system installations, built-in cabinet installers, furniture suppliers, vendors and decorators required for full completion of your project. Upon project completion, we turn the keys over to you.
